About the farmer…

As a fourth-generation farmer, farming has always been a part of Darvin Cook’s life. He learned much of the work that goes into farming from his father and grandfather and now works with his son and daughter-in-law. Darvin’s favorite part of the day is watching his chickens grow and live a healthy life. In addition to raising chickens Darvin also raises cattle on his farm. To help keep his farmland healthy, Darvin practices pasture rotation. If he wasn’t a farmer, he would be a carpenter.
