Transitioning to Farmer Focus was Neal’s proudest moment, allowing him to see tangible improvements in his farming operations. A third-generation farmer, Neal learned the trade from his father, blending traditional wisdom with innovative practices to enhance the well-being of his birds. Beyond poultry, Neal’s farm includes cattle as part of his diverse approach to farming. Watching his birds thrive and contributing to a healthier food system fuel his passion for farming every day.
