About the farmer…
Tristan Nolt is the proud operator of Moffett Creek Farm, that got its name from the creek that borders the property. Farming has taught Tristan the lesson of the more you invest in something the more you get out of it, the more time and care he invests in his farm results in a better and healthier farm. His favorite thing to do on the farm is to watch the birds and make sure that they are comfortable and healthy. Tristan appreciates the importance of the humane treatment of the birds that he raises and prioritizes managing his farm in a sustainable way so he can continue to raise high quality birds.
