About the farmer…
On a rolling hill of the Shenandoah Valley, you’ll find Scenery Hill Dairy. Wesley Heatwole is a third-generation farmer now working with his children to manage their farm. Being a grower with Farmer Focus allows Westley to be a team player and work collaboratively while raising chickens and produce a quality product for consumers. The traceability of Farmer Focus allows growers, like Westley, to take pride in the work that they do. He has learned many lessons in his years of farming including, small things make a big difference, and that the hard times in life are a great time for learning. In addition to being able to spend time with his family, Wesley enjoys planting corn, soybeans or drilling small grain.
