HOW-TO-COOK BONELESS SKINLESS BREASTS
OVEN:
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place your chicken on an oven safe dish/pan. Once the oven is preheated, bake your chicken for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through or until the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165°F. You can also check to make sure the chicken is fully cooked if the juices run clear.

HOW-TO-COOK GROUND CHICKEN
STOVETOP:
- Step 1. Place a non-stick frying pan / iron skillet over medium heat on the stove top, add one tablespoon of oil or pan spray to the pan. You can also use a Dutch oven, or electric griddle.
- Step 2. Add your ground Farmer Focus chicken to your pan. Use a spatula to break up and pull off pieces of the ground chicken chunk in your pan.
- Step 3. Once the ground chicken is all added to the pan lightly broken up, use a potato masher to mash and break up the ground chicken into fine and small pieces. You could also continue to use your spatula to break the ground chicken into smaller pieces.
- Step 4. Stir until the meat is completely browned cooked to 165°F (use a meat thermometer).
HOW-TO-COOK HALF CHICKEN
OVEN:
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place your chicken on an oven safe dish/pan. Once the oven is preheated, bake your chicken for 50 minutes, flipping halfway through or until the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165°F. You can also check to make sure the chicken is fully cooked if the juices run clear.
GRILL:
Preheat the grill to 450°F; this usually takes approximately 10-15 minutes. Flipping it half-way through, grill chicken for 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165°F.
REMEMBER!
- 1. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator.
2. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat and poultry.
3. Cook thoroughly until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165°F.
4. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
