Grilled Chicken Club Sandwich

Whip up this Grilled Chicken Club Sandwich for a simple, healthy, and filling lunch or picnic for the whole family. Feel free to mix and match your ingredients based on what you like, but you can’t skip our tender chicken breast.

INGREDIENTS

Chicken Breast

  • 2 Farmer Focus Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts

  • Olive Oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Garlic powder

  • Paprika

Sandwich

  • 8 slices of sourdough bread

  • Mayonnaise

  • 4 leaves of lettuce (Romaine or Iceberg)

  • 4 slices of pepper jack cheese

  • 8 slices of cooked bacon

  • 2 tomatoes, sliced

  • 1 avocado, sliced

INSTRUCTIONS

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Chicken: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Grill the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing it thinly.

2. Prepare the Bacon: Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess fat.

3. Toast the Bread: Lightly toast the slices of sourdough bread on the grill or in a toaster until they are golden brown.

4. Assemble and enjoy!
