Grilled Chicken Thighs

Enjoy our juicy, grilled Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs with a simple olive oil, lemon, garlic, and herb reverse marinade. Perfect for your next barbecue or weekday dinner.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb Farmer Focus Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs

  • Salt and Pepper (for seasoning)

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 2 gloves garlic, minced

  • 1 TBSP fresh herbs, chopped


INSTRUCTIONS

1. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.


2. Set up your grill with two zones: one side for direct heat and the other for indirect heat.


3. Sear the chicken thighs over direct heat for 3-4 minutes per side, until nicely charred. Move the thighs to the indirect heat side and continue cooking until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.


Marinade:
1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, and chopped herbs.


2. Transfer the cooked chicken thighs to a bowl and pour the marinade over them. Let them rest for 5-10 minutes to absorb the flavors.


3. Let the chicken rest on a cutting board for an additional few minutes before serving.
