INGREDIENTS

  • 2 packs Farmer Focus Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs

  • 2 Tbs Olive Oil

  • 3 Tbs Fish Sauce

  • 3 Tbs Soy Sauce

  • 2 Tbs Lime Juice

  • 2 Tbs Brown Sugar

  • to taste - Chilli Paste

  • 1 Tbs Garlic

  • 2 Tbs Basic

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Finely chop 2 stalks of lemongrass & mince garlic.
2. Combine all ingredients to create a marinade.
3. Marinade chicken for 20 minutes (up to 24 hours in the fridge).
4. Grill on both sides (7 min each side) at 400 degrees F.
