INGREDIENTS

  • 3-4 Chicken Breasts

  • 1 medium jar of Salsa

  • 1/2 cup of queso

  • 1/2 yellow onion, diced

  • Taco seasoning

  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder


INSTRUCTIONS

1. Chop onions. Set Instant Pot to Sautรฉ for 5 minutes. Add onions and cook until translucent.
2. Add chicken breasts, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and sear for about 2 minutes on each side.
3. Add taco seasoning, salsa, and queso. Mix well.
4. Close the lid, select the pressure cooker function, and set for 10 minutes. Let it cook and fully release the steam.
5. Shred chicken with two forks and serve in tacos or a taco bowl. Enjoy!
