INGREDIENTS

Farmer Focus Chicken Breasts (2) – ground into patties

1 tsp garlic powder
-
Salt and pepper to taste

Hamburger Buns
-
Low-fat cheddar cheese (2 slices)

2 tbsp Greek yogurt-based Big Mac sauce (recipe below)

4 slices of pickles
-
1/4 cup shredded lettuce

1/4 cup diced onions
-
1 tsp olive oil for cooking
Greek Yogurt Burger Sauce
-
2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
-
1 tsp mustard
-
1 tsp ketchup
-
1/2 tsp dill pickle juice
-
1/4 tsp onion powder
-
1/4 tsp garlic powder
-
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
-
Dash of hot sauce (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Prep the Chicken Patties:
In a bowl, combine ground Farmer Focus chicken, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Form into two thin patties.
2. Cook the Patties:
Heat grill over medium heat. Grill the chicken patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked (internal temp of 165°F). Melt a slice of cheese on each patty in the last minute of cooking.
3. Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix all ingredients for the Greek yogurt-based Big Mac sauce until well combined. Adjust seasonings to taste.
4. Assemble the Chicken Big Mac.
