INGREDIENTS

2 Chicken Breast cubed Farmer Focus

1 stick butter divided

½ cup Diced Celery

½ c. Diced Carrots

2 tbsp. Flour

1 pkg small frozen corn and green beans

1 medium white onion diced

2 c. Chicken Broth

1 tbsp. Chicken bouillon

½ c. Heavy Cream
-
2 tbsp. Sour Cream
-
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
-
1/4 tsp. Cayenne pepper
-
1 tsp.. Paprika
-
1 tsp. Garlic powder
-
¼ tsp. Nutmeg

Salt and pepper to taste

1 whole egg whisked to brush topping

4 Prepared Pie crust

4-5 small themed cookie cutters

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat your oven to 350° F.
2. Season your chicken with the spices listed above.
3. In the skillet with butter, a little butter and oil sear your chicken until fully cooked.
4. Remove your chicken from the skillet and set aside.
5. To the same skillet, add more butter and white onions.
6. Saute until translucent. Then add in your carrots and celery and seasonings.
7. Once incorporated add a little more butter and your flour, mix and cook for 1 minute.
8. After 1 minute, add in your chicken broth, chicken bouillon, cream and let that cook until
the sauce reduces by ¼.
9. Once the sauce starts to reduce, add in your chicken green beans, corn and sour cream.
10. Cook until the sauce is thick and bubbly, and turn off the heat.
11. Set aside while you prepare your pie crust.
12. To the preheated oven, add your base pie crust with plated marbles to your ramekins
and cook for 8 minutes.
13. Remove your prepared pie crust and fill with your pot pie filling.
14. For the topping use a cookie cutter to cut out your preferred shapes.
15. Add the pie crust cutouts to the top and brush with egg wash.
16. Cook in the oven at 350° for 30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
17. Let your pie cool for about 10 to 15 minutes before serving!
